Job Description

111 Sign is seeking a customer-focused detail-oriented Remote Chat & Email Support Representative to assist customers with sign-printing orders product inquiries artwork submissions order status updates and delivery questions.

The successful candidate will communicate with customers through live chat and email provide accurate information about our printing products and services coordinate with the design and production teams and ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
• Order Assistance: Help customers place orders for custom signs banners vinyl graphics posters decals and other printing products.
• Order Tracking: Check order status production progress shipping updates and estimated delivery dates.
• Artwork Support: Guide customers through artwork uploads and basic file requirements including file formats dimensions resolution and print-ready specifications.
• Product Information: Explain available materials sizes finishes customization options and general pricing.
• Issue Resolution: Assist with order delays incorrect specifications damaged products missing shipments and customer complaints.
• Internal Coordination: Work with the sales graphic design production and shipping teams to resolve customer issues and communicate special requests.
• Order Accuracy: Verify customer details shipping addresses quantities product specifications and customization instructions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer conversations order changes complaints and resolutions in the companys CRM or order management system.
• Follow-Up: Send updates and follow up with customers to ensure their questions and concerns are resolved.
• Sales Support: Recommend relevant printing products and additional services when appropriate without using high-pressure sales tactics.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service email support live chat e-commerce or order processing is preferred.
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
• Strong typing multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attention to detail when reviewing customer orders and printing specifications.
• Basic computer skills including email spreadsheets chat platforms and CRM or order management software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn sign-printing products materials artwork requirements and production processes.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional home workspace.
