This is not a daily commute to Murrieta. Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking outgoing and motivated Retail Appointment Setters to represent our company at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. What You'll Do Engage with homeowners and generate leads Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations Assist with event setup and breakdown Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory Compensation & Benefits $20 per hour starting pay Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week $100 bonus for every qualified appointment that results in a completed consultation Paid training Additional performance incentives Advancement opportunities Qualifications Previous customer-facing experience required Appointment setting experience is a strong plus Experience scheduling appointments is strongly preferred Retail experience is a plus Customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or sales experience preferred Excellent communication skills Outgoing and professional personality Weekend availability required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA Why Join Us?
