Our client, a leading organization in the printing and publishing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the printing department supporting the efficient production of newspaper inserts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Worker Location: Riverside, CA Pay Range: $16.90 Shift: Evening shift, 5PM to 12:00 AM Thursday-Monday What's the Job? Insert circular ads into newspapers by feeding inserts into the machine or stacking bundles Operate shrink wrap machines to securely wrap pallets of printed materials Use pallet jacks to move materials within the mailroom and warehouse staging areas Supply inserting stations with approximately 100 inserts at a time, ensuring smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom daily What's Needed? Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent preferred Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks Closed-toed shoes are required for safety What's in it for me?
