Role Description The Meta Ads Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks). This role involves managing end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and membership applications. The Meta Ads Manager collaborates closely with marketing, events, and leadership teams to develop creative strategies, align messaging with brand goals, and support chapter growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, testing creatives and ad formats, and refining strategies to maximize return on ad spend. The role also requires staying current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure innovative and compliant advertising efforts.
