# About the Role
We are an emerging apparel/lifestyle brand transitioning from traditional retail into a stronger **e-commerce, digital marketing, and fulfillment operation**.
We are seeking a hands-on **E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager** who can turn online attention into measurable **sales and revenue**.
This is **not simply a social media management role**. We need someone experienced in Shopify, paid advertising, customer acquisition, sales funnels, analytics, and conversion optimization.
The ideal candidate is a **strategist and executor** who can identify growth opportunities and take action.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize our **Shopify store**
* Upload and merchandise products and inventory
* Optimize product listings, collections, and product pages
* Manage **Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads**
* Manage and grow **TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads**
* Build and optimize landing pages and sales funnels
* Develop retargeting and abandoned-cart strategies
* Test ad creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers
* Monitor **ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and online revenue**
* Assist with email and SMS marketing
* Create campaigns for launches, product drops, collaborations, and brand moments
* Create basic product photography and video content
* Respond to online customer inquiries
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention
### Ideal Candidate
You understand the difference between **getting likes and generating revenue**.
You should have:
* Hands-on **Shopify** experience
* Experience with **Meta Ads**
* Experience with **TikTok Shop and/or TikTok Ads**
* Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer acquisition
* Experience with retargeting and conversion optimization
* Ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
* Strong online merchandising skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with **fashion, apparel, streetwear, lifestyle brands, Shopify growth, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce fulfillment** is a major plus.
### Portfolio Requirements
We want candidates who can demonstrate **real results**. Please provide:
* Shopify stores you have managed or helped grow
* E-commerce brands you have worked with
* Meta or TikTok advertising campaigns
* Advertising results and performance metrics
* Examples showing how your work increased traffic, conversions, sales, or revenue
**Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to social media posting are not a strong fit.**
