Requirements:
· Previous apartment porter and make-ready experience preferred
· Ability to safely use hand and power tools
· Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
· Valid driver's license preferred
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Strong work ethic and commitment to providing quality apartment homes
