They are seeking a driven Technology Solutions Executive / Account Executive to create and convert new business opportunities and scale recurring revenue.

Job Description:

• Drive New Business Growth: Actively identify, research, and engage prospective decision-makers through strategic outreach, self-sourced prospecting, and collaboration with inside sales. Your focus will be converting buyer interest and building a high-quality pipeline to close new business.
• Execute a Consultative Sales Process: You will lead structured executive discovery conversations to uncover operational, financial, and cybersecurity risks. Utilizing a buyer-centric methodology, you will translate findings into clear business value, lead commercial negotiations, and secure signed agreements.
• Cross-Functional Handoff & CRM Discipline: You will maintain complete pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot, ensuring every active deal is backed by measurable buyer commitments. Once closed, you will lead a seamless sales-to-delivery handoff for implementation.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally within IT consulting, managed services (MSP), cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or complex recurring services.
• Ability to hold credible executive-level conversations, translating technical assessment findings into business impact, risk reduction, and ROI.
• Collaborative team player, growth minded, strategic, and confident

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be available for in-person collaboration at the office in Worcester, MA, especially for the first 6-months, with flexibility to work remotely thereafter. Must be comfortable traveling for client meetings throughout New England market as needed. Job #5799 Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Total Comp: $140,000+
